2 Training Program Refunds
Detailed Refund Timeline
- Before Course Start: 100% refund minus payment processing fees (2-3%)
- Within 7 Days: 75% refund for any reason
- 8-14 Days: 50% refund with valid reason (medical, emergency)
- After 25% Completion: No refunds available
Special Circumstances
We may consider exceptions for:
- Medical emergencies with documentation
- Technical issues preventing course access
- Course content significantly different from description
3 Development Project Cancellation
Project Phases & Refund Structure
Planning Phase (0-25% completion)
80% refund available. Work completed: Requirements gathering, wireframes, initial designs.
Development Phase (25-75% completion)
50% refund of remaining amount. Client receives all completed work and source code.
Testing Phase (75-100% completion)
No refunds. Project near completion, final testing and deployment in progress.
Cancellation Terms
- 30-day written notice required for cancellation
- All completed work and source code transferred to client
- Outstanding invoices must be settled before cancellation
- Refund processed within 15 business days
Important Note:
Custom development work cannot be resold, so refunds are calculated based on work completed and resources invested.
4 Internship Program Policy
Withdrawal from Internship
- Interns may withdraw with 2 weeks notice
- No financial penalties for voluntary withdrawal
- Certificate of participation issued for completed duration
- Re-application possible after 6 months
Paid Internship Refunds
For paid internships with upfront fees:
- Full refund if withdrawn before start date
- Pro-rated refund for unused portion (minimum 2 weeks notice)
- No refund for disciplinary termination
Company-Initiated Termination
If we terminate an internship due to:
- Company reasons: Full refund of unused portion
- Performance issues: 50% refund after counseling period
- Misconduct: No refund
