Welcome to Cyber Software Developers Training & Acadamy. By accessing our services, enrolling in our programs, or engaging with our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Enrollment & Participation

• Students must meet minimum age requirements (16+ years)
• Basic computer literacy is required for all programs
• Regular attendance and participation are mandatory
• Course materials are provided for educational use only

Payment & Refunds

• Full payment required before course commencement
• Refunds available within 7 days of course start (minus 10% processing fee)
• No refunds after 25% course completion

Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements, including projects and assessments.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Current students or recent graduates in relevant fields
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
• Commitment to full internship duration (3-6 months)
• Signed confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Professional conduct and punctuality
• Completion of assigned projects and tasks
• Participation in team meetings and training sessions
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

Compensation & Benefits

Internship compensation, if applicable, will be clearly outlined in the internship agreement. Benefits may include mentorship, training, and potential full-time employment opportunities.

Project Scope & Delivery

• Detailed project specifications required before commencement
• Timeline and milestones agreed upon in writing
• Regular progress updates and client communication
• Testing and quality assurance included in all projects

Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary content, assets, and requirements
• Timely feedback and approval at project milestones
• Payment according to agreed schedule
• Cooperation during testing and deployment phases

Warranty & Support

We provide 90 days of free bug fixes and technical support post-delivery. Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.

Course Materials

All training materials, code samples, and resources remain the property of Cyber Software Developers and are licensed for educational use only.

Client Projects

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed applications and websites, excluding any proprietary frameworks or tools used in development.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, student records, and proprietary business data. All staff and interns sign comprehensive NDAs.

Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection regulations and maintain secure systems for handling personal and business information.

Limitation of Liability

Cyber Software Developers Training & Acadamy' liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
